The Houston Mill House is located in Historic Druid Hills and has a garden house available for wedding receptions and a beautiful adjacent garden area available for ceremonies. Watermark Weddings is proud to have coordinated many weddings at this facility.

*Capacities indicate the maximum number of guests that Watermark Weddings feels the area will accommodate taking into account space for reception entertainment, a dance floor, bars and other reception essentials.

This facility has in-house catering; you may not bring in an outside caterer.

All beverages, including alcohol, are provided and served by the facility.
PARKING
This facility offers complimentary parking in their parking lot.
RENTAL
Included in the rental fee, you may use the following in-house items: upstairs banquet chairs- dark wood frame with burgundy upholstery seats (Quantity:70), downstairs banquet chairs cream and gold ballroom style (Quantity: 60), 60” rounds (Quantity:10), 48” rounds (Quantity:5), 36” rounds (Quantity: 5), 8’ rectangular tables (Quantity: 2), 6’ rectangular tables (Quantity: 12), 36” square tables (Quantity:8), white linens and service ware, dance floor (downstairs are hardwood floors- custom dimensions), piano and CD changer.
