Our full service packages encompass planning, directing and coordinating.
We will help you select the right vendors for your wedding, help you
with the design of your wedding and confirm every detail with your
vendors. Full Service Packages include orchestration of both the
ceremony and reception or reception only.
When all of the planning is finished and your wedding day arrives, you'll feel like a guest at your own wedding. Two on-site wedding coordinators will be with you and your guests throughout the ceremony and reception.
We will ensure that every aspect of your wedding flows seamlessly and according to your specifications. From
helping you and your bridesmaids get ready for pre-ceremony pictures to packing away your gifts while you mingle with your guests, we
will conscientiously and unobtrusively orchestrate the logistics of your
day.
Rehearsal and Ceremony Directing
Packages
Additionally, we offer packages that include rehearsal and ceremony directing.
These packages are ideal for those brides who are
in need of a director for both the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony, but
do not need assistance with their reception.

Basic Wedding Packages
These packages are
perfectly suited for those brides who are taking care of most of the
planning themselves, but would like to have their ceremony and reception
professionally orchestrated. Two on-site wedding coordinators will
coordinate every aspect of your wedding day including making sure you and
your wedding party are ready on-time for photographs, directing your
ceremony, supervising your reception set-up, queuing your first dance,
initiating your dinner service, prompting your cake cutting, packing-up
your belongings at the end of your reception and ensuring that all of your
guests have departure transportation. Basic Wedding Packages
include orchestration of both the ceremony and reception or reception only.
Planning-Only
Packages
We also have planning-only packages that allow you to request
consulting services on an as-needed basis. You'll have the comfort
of knowing that you have a hotline for any wedding-related question. From etiquette complexities to logistical quandaries,
we'll be here as your reliable and accurate sounding board.
