The Swan Coach House is located in Buckhead on the grounds of the Atlanta History Center. It has one room available for wedding receptions and a beautiful courtyard area available for ceremonies. Watermark Weddings is proud to have coordinated many weddings at this facility.

CATERING
This facility has in-house catering; you may not bring in an outside caterer.
BAR
All beverages, including alcohol, are provided and served by the facility.
PARKING
Valet parking is required at an additional charge.
RENTAL
Included in the rental fee, you may use the following in-house items: natural wood with light green cushioned chairs, existing 60” and 36” tables, 25 tall outdoor white wire ice-cream
parlor chairs, custom linens, twinkle lights, china, crystal, silver, votive candles and fresh house rose floral arrangements.
